Review:

If you want an adventure in anxiety, do the job these people did to land a rover on Mars! Good grief! Sooo much that could (and nearly did) go wrong. Even reading it was a little nail-biting. OMG.

But they did land and operate Curiosity on Mars. And it is still doing science 10 years on. This is an accomplishment that humans can be proud of, unlike most of the other shit we do to fuck ourselves.

Not too technical, not too dumbed down.

Paper quality not so good, photographs look like they were printed by an 80s off-brand copier.

This book made me want to: eat a Mars bar. I actually went and bought one.
